Data Sovereignty & IP
All uploaded documents remain the exclusive intellectual property of the subscribing institution. Ruya Labs LLC does not claim ownership of, nor do we utilize, client-uploaded data to train or improve our global foundation models.
Logical Tenancy
Our RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture ensures that your data is logically siloed. Information retrieved for “Institution A” is never accessible or visible to “Institution B.”
Data Retention & Purge
Upon termination of service, all institutional data—including PDF files and their associated vector embeddings—are permanently purged from our production environment within 30 days.
Infrastructure
All data is hosted exclusively within the AWS US-East (Ohio) / us-east-2 region. We utilize AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit.
